Chief Executive Officer
Frank formed TMS in 1995 to provide transport management for trade shows and conventions. His first contract was to supply shuttle transportation for Comdex ’95, with over 200,000 attendees.
In subsequent years, TMS handled transportation program planning and operations on such events as the Olympic Games, Asian Games, major U.S. sporting events and numerous conventions, including the National Association of Broadcasters, NAHB’s International Builders Show, MAGIC, and SEMA, the top trade shows and conventions in the United States.
TMS has expanded to include emergency evacuation support for the Federal Emergency Management Administration and several states as well as proprietary transportation planning and management software. In 2012, TMS acquired certain assets and operations of Coach America Holdings, Inc., and merged those assets into its Horizon Coach lines and Cabana Coaches operations, making TMS the largest privately-owned Motorcoach company in North America, with offices in 16 markets.
Frank is a world-renowned expert in transportation planning and management. He understands the complexities of designing traffic management and transportation plans, and effectively works with bus operators and staff to deliver successful transportation programs.
Frank continues to lead TMS and foster its growth as a company. TMS now focuses on conventions and major sporting events and government evacuation services, while Horizon Coach Lines provides transportation for educational travel, single/multi-day charters, conventions/meetings, city tours/sightseeing and transit services/fixed route shuttles from 16 locations in North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Colorado, California, Washington and Vancouver, B.C.

Chief Business Officer
Chris has been with TMS and Horizon Coach Lines since 2006 serving as Chief Financial Officer . In January 2013, he was named the Chief Business Officer for the combined entities
With over 20 years of experience, he started his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in their Merger and Acquisition practice and has since served as US General Manager for an automotive supplier and Chief Operating Officer for Presidion Solutions, Inc. managing the payroll and insurance programs for over 40,000 employees throughout the USA.
Since joining the Company in 2006, Chris has played a significant role in acquisition and divestiture activity. As Chief Business Officer, Chris assists with strategic direction, M&A opportunities, human resource and insurance programs and union support.

Chief Financial Officer
Adam has been TMS’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2012. He previously served as CFO of Coach America, a $450 million motorcoach services provider. Adam formerly was the International Controller for FedEx Office Print Services, where he was responsible for 133 operations in 7 countries and earlier in his FedEx career led the development of the financial planning department at FedEx Office. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Information Officer
Cary Edwards joined TMS as Chief Information Officer of Horizon Coach Lines in 2013. Cary has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and 30 years in Procurement involving both IT and transportation. Cary was formerly vice president of the IT Department at Coach America and IT Manager at Greyhound Lines. Through his expertise in negotiations and strong emphasis on internal and external customer service, he has established a departmental philosophy of always getting the job done, and getting it done under budget.

Regional Vice-President, West
Bobby Hill brings over 30 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry to Horizon Coach Lines, having started his long career in Branson, Missouri managing the venues of some legendary performers, such as Wayne Newton, The Sons of the Pioneers, The Lawrence Welk Resort and a host of local talent. He transitioned into the motorcoach industry in the early 90’s, with his role as a Vice President and then partner in Tiger Air Express/Tiger Coaches. He stayed with the company when it was sold to Travelways and ultimately joined with partners to buy the company back, renaming it Show Me Coaches and operating 3 terminals in Missouri. At Show Me Coaches, Bobby began his long association with TMS, the parent company of Horizon Coach Lines. He worked with TMS in Salt Lake City for the Winter Olympics, and also provided his motorcoaches for a portion of the Olympic Games. In fact, Bobby has managed transportation programs for five additional Summer and Winter Olympic Games around the world.

Director of Sales and Marketing
Janet has over 22 years of experience in both large event planning and sales management. She joined Transportation Management Services as Director of Sales and Marketing in August, 2012. In January 2013, she was named head of sales and marketing for Horizon Coach Lines as well. For the first half of her career, Janet managed city-wide national and international events for both major associations and a media company. For the next decade, she managed a large telephone-based sales team for one of the nation’s leading business-to-business media companies. Janet’s expertise include event logistics, VIP travel services, direct marketing, business development, strategic account management, CRM implementations and sales database utilization. Having worked with nearly 100 sales professionals during her career, Janet is also an expert sales coach and able to motivate multiple sales personalities in local and remote office settings.
